Our History
Crush Quota is a sister company of Intellect
(www.intellectcorp.com).
Intellect was founded in January 1998 and Crush Quota was strategically spun out
as a standalone company in early 2009.
Intellect was founded as a traditional contingency technology staffing organization.
During the technology recession which began in 2001, clients frequently
inquired about sales related staffing services; both line level sales as well as
sales executive search. In an effort to service clients’ needs, Intellect took on
these assignments, with great success. Services were undertaken for executive search
for VP’s and Directors of Sales, Chief Marketing Officers, Channel Sales Managers,
and entire field based sales teams.

The bridge from technology staffing to executive search and sales staffing was a
natural one, given that many of Intellect’s clients were commercial software publishers
and IT service providers. These technology-centric clients required strong sales
leaders and sales teams. They also required a strong human capital
partner that would be committed to sourcing ‘game changers’ for their organization,
and nothing short. Intellect was built upon strong client relationships grounded
in unrelenting “no room for failure” delivery. As such, our clients trusted
us to accomplish these critical, strategic searches.
While still a part of Intellect, the executive search services of Crush Quota have been developed as a
standalone service in the market. The staffing community is crowded, yet few premier
service providers exist that can be consistently counted on. Clients are especially
challenged with identifying a quality human capital service provider that is focused
on sales, and more specifically, sales leaders. In many instances clients are left
wondering “who do I even contact?”
Crush Quota is the answer to that question.
